Really Really Nice

Yes, its a bit old but the staff and the club lounge made the stay that little bit nicer. Indeed it was brilliant. The staff were all very nice and it was great to see them taking the restrictions due to cover seriously. Have stayed at many an Intercon and this hotel is the reason why I will always remain loyal to them. Booked into the Club, it has moved from the top floor to the 1st floor and it was just lovely. The room was large, albeit dated, and very nice to come back to after a day exploring the town.

GIRLS WEEKEND AWAY

This was my 5th visit this year and the reason is the excellent service throughout the hotel. I got an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful and I had also paid for the club lounge which is amazing from breakfast to afternoon tea to drinks and nibbles in the evening. I would like to make mention of the staff in the club as they always go that extra mile all the time. Thu, Adele, Neil and Shishire you are always so welcoming, helpful and happy and you make the hotel so special. If anyone is thinking of staying in town this is the place to stay.

ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND

Our annual pilgrimage to the Intercontinental once again met all our expectations. Spectacular views from the Riverside room overlooking the Torrens and the Adelaide oval. Dinner at Shiki another great experience. Staff very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

The best service I have ever experienced from a Hotel. Service was more than going the extra mile, an incredible experience , supplying the unexpected. Upon arriving the welcome was extremely warm and friendly, plus the handling of the baggage was first class. The Valea parking also was very fast and efficient considering the number of cars they were handling. There were little extras which are a little hard to explain that was like the Cherry on top of the cream on top of the Cake. Room was fantastic, air conditioning easily adjusted, food menus and food was first class. Water speed for the bath and shower was fantastic. A feeling as if your being treated as the only one staying there, always friendly, no sense of anything being too hard to do. One of my best stay experiences ever.

Great night out in my own city

The room had great views looking over river and Adelaide Oval, quite large, comfy bed with extra pillows. It was nice to sit in the bar and have a nightcap after a day shopping and night at the casino. Breakfast was yummy. Staff very friendly and overall it looked clean
