Your suggested itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi

Land in Nairobi, Kenya’s compelling capital. It’s not just any old pit-stop with optional coffee tastings and opportunities to feed endangered Rothschild’s giraffes. Overnight at Eka Hotel.

Days 2 – 5 Maasai Mara

Fly to the iconic Maasai Mara for four nights under canvas in an original East-African style camp. This is an incredible base from which to spot roaming wildlife, ‘Out of Africa’ scenery and meet the scarlet-robed Maasai warriors, custodians of the savannah.  Enjoy twice daily game drives and perhaps choose to add an adventure in a hot-air balloon over the Mara at dawn, or experience a bush dinner under the stars. Overnight at Governors’ Camp.

Day 6 Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Fly back to Nairobi, where you will have the afternoon at leisure.  Perhaps explore the Karen Blixen Museum, the erstwhile home of the Out Of Africa author, visit the National Museum, or simply shop for souvenirs of your time in Kenya.  Overnight at Eka Hotel.

Day 7 Nairobi to Mauritius

In the morning fly direct to Mauritius, the jewel in the middle of the Indian Ocean.  You will have 5 nights here (or longer if you prefer!) to explore the nature and scenery of this stunning island.  Upon arrival you will be transferred to your home for the next 5 nights – the all-inclusive adults-only, eco-friendly Sunrise Attitude.

Day 8– 11 Mauritius

Take time to unwind, relax and soak up the sunshine on beautiful Belle Mare beach.  Swim in the sea or the serene pool. Pamper yourself in the spa (at additional cost, payable locally). Explore the island or try out watersports including paddle boarding, snorkelling and sea kayaking.  Dine in one of the four restaurants and drink in one of the four bars.  The perfect end to a perfect holiday.  Overnight at  Sunrise Attitude.

Day 12 Mauritius and Departure

Bid adieu to the beach and travel back to Mauritius airport for your onward journey home.
