Wow, what a place!

We decided on an impromptu trip to Abu Dhabi during our recent trip to the UAE and picked this hotel on a bit of a whim, but wow, what a fantastic hotel it was. I made my friends very jealous saying I'd stayed in the hotel at the Yas Grand Prix circuit! Due to my Marriott level, I received an upgrade on the room I'd booked (thank you!) and what a fantastic 1-bed suite it was that overlooked the circuit. A fantastic livingroom area with a huge TV to watch meant you'd somewhere to chill rather than having to sit on the bed to do that. The bathroom was huge with separate standalone bath and shower - loved the fact too that the bathroom didn't have a marble floor and thus weren't risking an injury due to wet feet and a very slidy surface! The smellies were very nice too! That bed must have been one of the biggest I have ever slept in, although the mattress was a bit hard for my liking. Food (dinner and breakfast) in the restaurant was very nice and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Big shout out too to Maria the Welcome Desk manager for her help and assistance with our stay.

5th wedding anniversary

I have visited many times this hotel and decided to celebrate my 5th wedding anniversary in Amici Italian restaurant for the first time. Amazing food varieties and soooo tasty. It was a great experience and the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Janidu and Ari to gave us a surprise with a special cake decoration and for surely I will visit the same restaurant again and again..

Excellent customer service and staff

This hotel is so beautiful with its architecture and staff are very friendly and helpful they treated us as family during our stay. It's so clean and food is amazing.i would say customer service is exceptional

The best 24 hours I have had in a long time.

WOW! We have just had the most fantastic end to 2020 by choosing to stay for New Years Eve at the W Hotel. We had 2 adjoining rooms as we had our teens with us. We called ahead and asked for a slightly earlier check in as I wanted to use the Wet Deck in the afternoon while the males went to play golf. Check in was warm and welcoming and my bags arrived in the room before I did. The rooms had beautiful views over the marina and race track. The rooms were absolutely immaculate and beautifully furnished. We loved the funny quotes written on the mirrors and that HUGE cookie was amazing. Sadly got home and realized I had forgotten to pick it up on my way out. Trying to convince myself that I really did not need all those calories! The Wet Deck has now become my favorite pool in Abu Dhabi. I will most certainly be coming back to use on a day pass. Loved the adult only area too. New Years Eve dinner in Garage was the best one yet. There was a great atmosphere from the moment we arrived. All staff had huge smiles on their faces and really made our night spectacular. The food was to die for and drinks service was spot on. Thank you also for the late check out as I was able to go sweat out the previous nights tequila by the pool whilst again the males went to play golf! I actually did not want to leave today. Everything about the last 24 hours has been nothing but perfection. Can you tell I enjoyed my stay?! We wil be back...soon! Keep doing what you are doing guys.

Christmas Eve dinner

We went out to the W at the garage for Christmas 🎄 Eve dinner, the W is a beautiful hotel and always on the good side in terms of quality and service. The place was quite full and busy, the food offering was very diversified and had so many choices and of course the food was delicious. The service has always been great and this time was the same great staff with smiles as always. My only issue was there was no Christmas music which would have been a nice touch as it was Christmas Eve plus when we went for the Turkey there was not much left and we were not told or offered to wait for another one to be brought out so the chef was trying to cut little bits from whatever was left which was a bit of a downer for me as I really fancied Turkey. Otherwise it was a nice dinner.
