We had a lot of fun. The rooms were so amazing.The staffs were so nice most especially Alma, Hafez, Evan and Gazelle. The food was great and the whole experience was unforgettable. Highly recommended!
It was a nice experience. It was a smooth transaction from booking and coordination up to our checkout. Ms. Alma and Mr. Hafez have been very accommodating and easy to talk with during our booking and with our requests and queries. Also to Mr. Evan and Ms. Gazelle who have been very nice, professional and helpful from our checkin until we checkout. Overall, our stay has been very nice and worth remembering.
Fantastic Room and breakfast!
We stayed at this hotel in August fro 2 nights for a short staycation and enjoyed our stay here. The pool was a bit crowded because it was the weekend, but what w enjoyed the most over here was the room! We upgraded to a premiere room and it was so worth it! The room was spacious and the bathroom too were very luxurious. The staff are pretty good too and don;t forget to do the complimentary boat ride for guests which is was a fun activity to do - we didn't expect that to be there which made our stay all the more memorable. We dined at Sofra for their dinner buffet - which was a FANTASTIC spread! The sushi and seafood was great value for money. The're just so much to choose from and the staff are very accommodating!

It started bad we requested to have the room in front of beach and pool view but we were given a room that doesnt have the view🙄..then we were offered to have all buffets which we agreed and paid included in the room rate when we arrived but when we ate staff at the lounge asked us to pay for the food🙄 until we asked him to check the rate we paid at the reception (sigh) shouldn’t be the system synchronized automatic..these should have been very simple people came to relax but got disappointed..In the room we tried to call the incharge in line “0” BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE for 6 different calls we made🙄 so we have to went down again to the reception to request for a room transfer BUT the request was declined by the supervisor as per the reception (tsk tsk) .TILL ONE STAFF at the reception named “LYNDON” MADE IT ALL RIGHT (atlast!) THERE WAS ONE STAFF WHO KNOWS HOW TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in SHANGRILA AL BERI👍 He assistend us to room transfer and we get the view that we wanted (thanks to this staff) He was able to check it on the system that all buffets were confirmed paid and covered For the stay...and was able to give GREAT ASSISTANCE making the CLIENT FELT IMPORTANT👍 BECAUSE OF HIS HIGH WORK ETHICS STANDARD CLIENTS that were ALMOST lost WERE SAVED and has the feeling of coming back for staycation again👍
Relaxing and fun
me and my family enjoyed our stay there ..they made everything easy and accessible..loubna from the frot disk thank you..all the restaurant stuff you were the best..looking forward for our next stay...
