Royal Afternoon Tea at the Palace
We had great time at the Emirates Palace Le Cafe for the Royal Afternoon Tea, and superb service from Surender & Marshall. Lovely and quiet Place. A Little detail: your name printed at menu... Excellence
We came here for the activities they had during the national day holidays, very nicely set up in the lobby, activities for the kids, nice as you could leave them as well, which left us to get a coffee. chefs were making loquimat, nice date display, beautiful birds, paintings, the people were there to serve you, we had a great time, same for the kids, we will keep an eye when the next activity planner is out.
An Ultra LUXE Hotel Experience with Pampered Staff Services and an Over-the-Top Palace Environment
We returned to the Emirates Palace Hotel, our second stay here in two years. On our first visit, we stayed in a ‘Royal Khaleej Suite’. This time we stayed in one of the hotel’s largest one bedroom suites - a ‘Palace Suite’. We were blown away with our Palace Suite’s size, design, ultra luxe furnishings and 24-7 personal Butler service. Our suite is bigger in size than our house! WOW! The Hotel's staff is very professional and friendly - from every service touch point that we experienced - from the entrance outside welcoming staff, front desk check in staff, concierge staff, housekeeping staff (our housekeeping staff made a point each time we saw them to introduce themselves and ask if we needed any special services and they genuinely wished us a good stay), and finally our daytime butler, Adbol, was OUTSTANDING. Beyond the hotel's Palace one-of-a-kind environment, the Hotel's staff alone deserves a 5-Star rating. The hotel's amenities are extensive - a one-of-a-kind in the world collection of amazing spaces and experiences that we totally enjoyed. Here are just some of the amenities that we experienced: the private sandy beach - beautiful and with pampered services and an ultra comfortable chaise lounge; extensive beautifully designed and landscaped swimming pools; the many restaurants (we had world-class dining experiences at: Le Cafe and Caviar Bar (we found this Cafe to be a great spot for a pre-dinner cocktail); BBQ Al Qasr (a WOW location on the beach featuring dining in small intimate seaside gazebos - this restaurant's menu focuses on steaks and all of the traditional accompaniments - we enjoyed fantastic steaks with perfect sides - was a truly memorable experience seaside); Hakkasan (another WOW dining experience for us - this world-renowned Michelin star Chinese restaurant has a stunning, captivating design with beautiful Chinese decor - the outside dining patio is 'to die for', the upbeat music from a live DJ is similar to Buddha Bar, and the menu is filled with delicious selections - we enjoyed the absolute BEST Chinese dining experience ever!); Mezzaluna (we dinned at Mezzaluna last night on an outdoor patio table facing the seaside beach - we had a memorable dining experience - great wine, fresh baked breads, a delicious lobster and avocado salad, and our waitress went over the top by having the chef prepare an 'off-menu' pasta entree for us that was FANTASTIC); and finally Mezlai - The Emirates Palace Hotel's Emirati Cuisine Restaurant - I wrote a separate detailed 5-Star TripAdvisor review of our world-class dining experience at Mezlai). If you crave a once in a lifetime, ultra service pampered and ultra luxe hotel environment experience, this is it. We HIGHLY recommend that you stay here at the Emirates Palace Hotel. A must do, especially if you are headed to the U.A.E. and Abu Dhabi. And while here in Abu Dhabi, a new cultural center of the U.A.E., go to the Louvre Museum for an amazing afternoon. The striking architecture of the building alone is captivating. Plus the regular exhibits are complimented by Special Exhibitions such as: ‘10,000 Years of Luxury’ and ‘Rendezvous In Paris’. Stay at The Emirates Palace Hotel - you will not be disappointed!
