• Book early for your favourite choice of wedding date and location

• Buy a simple dress in cool natural fabric, and a light coloured suit in cotton or linen for the groom

• Make friends with the hotel’s Wedding Coordinator and you are more likely to have any unusual requests met
  
• Go easy on the sunbathing. You don’t want to look sunburnt in your pictures
