Kuoni holiday voucher request

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any reason and for any amount - birthdays, honeymoon, anniversaries, retirement, wedding present.

Holiday Gift Vouchers IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ:
- The easiest way to order a voucher is by calling the Voucher Information line on 01306 744181 between 9am – 5pm (Monday-Friday) or the Customer Helpdesk on 01306 744444 outside these hours to give all the required details (as below form).
- Alternatively, please fill in the form below or e-mail us with a contact number, we will then call you within 1 working week day and take your credit card details securely.
- For security reasons gift vouchers will be sent to the purchaser at the billing address of the card used.

PAYMENT METHODS:
- Card payments cannot presently be processed online for vouchers.
- Payment can be taken by debit or credit card. Please note from the 1st August 2008 there will be a transaction fee of 2% for all purchases made using a credit card.
- There is no charge for using a Debit card.

- Cheques should be made payable to ‘Kuoni Travel Ltd’ and sent along with your details (as per below form) to the address below, please allow 10 working days for the cheque to be banked and cleared before Kuoni issue the vouchers.
- All vouchers will be sent to the buyer's address.

WEDDINGS:
Kuoni Travel is unable to provide a wedding list for bookings. We will endeavour to update our records when vouchers are purchased but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information - this should be used for guidance only. For further information please e-mail or call us on 01306 744181 between 9am – 5pm (Monday-Friday) or the Customer Helpdesk on 01306 744444 outside these hours.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Kuoni gift vouchers can be redeemed against any Kuoni Travel Ltd holiday.
- Gift vouchers can also be redeemed as payment against an existing holiday, up to 3 months after the departure date to the maximum value shown on your invoice.
- Any surplus sum will be covered by the issue of a gift certificate.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
