Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Proudly poised on the oceanfront Millionaire’s Row, the 22-acre Fontainebleau Miami Beach has been turning heads since its debut in 1954. Miami’s Golden Era might be where it all began, but a staggering $1 billion restoration, completed in 2008, kept the hotel as current as its contemporaries.
The celebrity favourite boasts a long stretch of lounger-laden beach, and a poolscape dotted with serviced cabanas for days spent basking in the sun. And, when night falls, party-goers are all set with a range of bars and clubs, including ultra-exclusive Miami hotspot, LIV. When it’s time to wind down, guests can luxuriate in the 40,000-square-foot Lapis Spa which offers a sublime menu of treatments as well as a complimentary water ritual featuring pools, jets, steam and showers. Choosing a place to dine is an enjoyable dilemma here, with enticing options like the award-winning Hakkasan serving contemporary Chinese cuisine, and StripSteak for classic American fine dining. There are casual options for al fresco lunches or poolside nibbles, too. Though it’s a destination in itself, the Fontainebleau is just over a mile away from all the Art Deco charm and world-famous nightlife of South Beach.
