If you are looking for a relaxing break in a romantic setting, then this welcoming resort on tiny picturesque La Digue is ideal. Its architectural style – plenty of warm wood, stone and thatch – reflects the natural beauty of the island which is studded with large pink granite rocks. The zen-style décor, seamless service and comfortable open-air areas create a soothing home away from home. The resort is set in lush vegetation just steps from a beautiful white-sand beach and the offshore coral reef offers superb snorkelling. The stunning infinity pool overlooks the bay and the sleek sundeck is the perfect spot for admiring the sunset over the ocean and the mountains beyond.

The 63 treehouse-style villas are tucked away in the tropical gardens and scattered up the hillside. Buggies are available to whisk you up to the hillside rooms and the higher up you go, the more impressive the views are. Garden Villas are set at the bottom of the hillside closer to the facilities while the Villas de Charme are set on the slope of the hill and feature an outside bathroom.

The all-day dining area is home to two restaurants that offer Mediterranean and Creole dishes. Sip cocktails in the elegant open-air lounge bar overlooking the lagoon, or at the casual pool bar.
Santosha
Enjoy a tasty buffet breakfast and international and Creole dishes for dinner at the main restaurant, which offers an al fresco setting, stunning ocean views and a live cooking station so that you see the expert chefs create your delicious meals.
Le Combava
This chic roof-terrace lounge occupies the upper deck of the all-day dining area and offers an à la carte menu of local and international dishes for lunch and dinner, with an emphasis on seafood, accompanied by fine wines.
Alambic Bar
Open from 9am until 10.30pm, this open-air bar has an elegant terrace setting overlooking the lagoon and a vast selection of drinks including an impressive wine list.
Infinity Pool Bar
Enjoy a tempting choice of cocktails at this casual all-day bar between the swimming pool and the beach.

The stunning Eden Rock Wellness Centre & Spa is perched upon a peak and offers magnificent views over the lagoon and its own range of products: Nourished by Nature. Facilities include single and double massage rooms, a hammam and a lounge. There is no gym, but there are bicycles available to hire if you want to explore La Digue and hiking trails a short walk or pedal away. And if you walk up the hill to the uppermost villas instead of taking a buggy, you’ll definitely get a good workout.
There’s a coral reef teeming with life just offshore, which you can explore using the free snorkelling equipment, and other water sports can be organised.
The bathroom amenities, including the signature patchouli and lime shower gel, are all-natural and made by a local company. Many of the materials used in the construction, from volcanic rock to driftwood, were sourced from La Digue. At the small boutique, local brands, artists and makers are well represented. The grounds are densely planted with indigenous trees and shrubs, which provides a refuge for a host of birdlife.
This hotel welcomes guests over 12 years old.

Due to its hillside setting the resort is only suitable for those with full mobility.
