Dining choices range from champagne breakfasts, through informal at the 'Barefoot by the Sea' beach restaurant, to gourmet speciality restaurants, including Italian, Latin/Caribbean and an authentic style London pub. Guests staying in rooms with Butler service can dine exclusively at Gordon's restaurant. Evenings offer nightly entertainment, midnight buffets and cocktail parties. For added variety Sandals Halcyon Beach and Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort & Spa offer full exchange privileges including dining, drinks, sports and day and evening activities - all included in the price of your holiday. Activities and facilities
A wide variety of both land and water based activities is available including:
- Watersports including sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, snorkelling, wakeboarding, kneeboarding and windsurfing.
- Land sports and facilities include beach volleyball, shuffleboard, snooker, table tennis, billiards and pool tables.
- Well-equipped fitness centre.
- Scuba diving is also included for PADI certified divers while beginners can complete a resort or full certification course at extra cost.
- The Red LaneŽ Spa offers you the chance to indulge yourself with treatments of your choice (at extra cost).
Accommodation
All rooms and suites are beautifully furnished and have air-conditioning, CD/clock radio, amenity kit, iron and ironing board, cable TV, telephone, coffee maker, minifridge, kingsize bed, bath and shower. All have a balcony or terrace or are directly on the beach. Grand Deluxe Rooms are situated on the ground floor with terrace and views of the resort. Grand Luxury Oceanfront Rooms come with views of the lovely gardens and the sea.

Butler Service is included in certain room categories. Butlers will offer to unpack and press clothing on arrival, take room service orders for breakfast, lunch or dinner and offer assistance with all requests and requirements during the holiday.
Penthouse Oceanfront Concierge Rooms have views of the Caribbean Sea towards the island of Martinique, visible on a clear day.
Honeymoon Lagoon Swim-Up Rooms are very popular and have direct access to the lagoon pool from a private terrace. Just three steps and you are in the water!
Honeymoon One Bedroom Beachfront St Lucian Suites have a separate living room, two bathrooms, one with whirlpool bath and views of the pool, beach and Rodney Bay. Butler Service included.
William Jefferson Clinton Suite is one of a kind! A huge two storey suite with unmatched vistas in every direction, a luxurious living room with balcony and bedroom upstairs with a separate intimate outdoor decking area. As the name suggests, former President Bill Clinton stayed in this suite. Butler Service included.
