Dining
There is a choice of six speciality restaurants in the resort with a wide range of styles from International to Italian and Caribbean to Teppanyaki cuisines. Evenings bring live entertainment, masquerade balls and midnight buffets.
Activities and facilities
The large beautiful main pool with swim-up bar has a cascading waterfall reminiscent of nearby Dunn's River Falls. There are whirlpools and another swimming pool with swim-up bar, which is also home to the piano bar where you can relax as the evening begins. The Sandals Golf and Country Club is nearby and green fees are included on the 18-hole championship course, (mandatory caddies and optional carts are charged). Sandals Dunn's River also has its own 9-hole Pitch'n'Putt course. Other activities include:
- Floodlit tennis, volleyball, basketball, croquet, billiards, bocceball outdoor chess.
- Fully equipped fitness centre.
- Excellent watersports including snorkelling, kayaks, windsurfing, snorkelling and Hobie Cats, all with professional instruction.
- PADI certified divers may scuba dive during the day free of charge. Beginners may complete a resort or full certification course at extra cost.
- The Red LaneŽ Spa offers a wide variety of treatments (at extra cost).
Accommodation
All rooms and suites are beautifully furnished and are air-conditioned with four poster kingsize bed, telephone, television, coffee maker, clock radio, amenity kit, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, safe, marble bathroom with bath and shower. Venetian Deluxe Rooms are situated on the ground floor with facilities as above and garden view with terrace. Florence Grande Luxe Oceanview Rooms are as above but with balcony and ocean and waterfall pool view.
Concierge rooms and suites
Concierge rooms and suites are the best at the resort and all have the following exclusive benefits: the services of the Concierge Centre for VIP check-in and dinner reservations, bathrobes, an in-room bar and 24 hour room service.
Butler rooms and suites
Butler Service is included in certain room categories. Butlers will offer to unpack and press clothing on arrival, take room service orders for breakfast, lunch or dinner and offer assistance with all requests and requirements during the holiday.
Roman Honeymoon Concierge Rooms have luxurious bedroom and partial sea view. 24 hour room service is included. Genoa Honeymoon Penthouse Concierge Rooms have a balcony with views of the ocean and/or waterfall pool. 24 hour room service included.
Tuscan Oceanview One Bedroom Suites have a kingsize four poster bed, separate living room and two balconies with views of the pool, beach and partial sea view. Butler Service and 24 hour room service included. Villasgio Oceanfront One Bedroom Suites are as above but with fabulous beach and sea views. Butler Service and 24 hour room service included.
