Wildlife Safari
A safari staying in well located lodges in some of Kenya's most exciting National Parks. This safari features accommodation in Mountain lodges and a chance to see black rhino and tree climbing lions in Nakuru.

Itinerary
- Nairobi: 1 night
- Samburu: 2 nights

Day 1 Tue London/Nairobi
Day 1 Tue Evening Kenya Airways flight from Heathrow to Nairobi, arriving the next morning.
Day 2 Wed Nairobi
On arrival transfer to the Holiday Inn and overnight. Today you will have some time to relax or enjoy some of the activities in Nairobi, for example visit Daphne Sheldrake Elephant Orphanage or the giraffe sanctuary (prebookable on request).
Day 3 Thur Nairobi/Samburu
After breakfast drive north passing Mt Kenya on the way to Samburu with lunch en route. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park and overnight at the Samburu Serena lodge, Samburu is located just north of the equator and creates an environment favoured by elephant, black rhino, somali ostrich, lion and leopard, to name a few (approx. 195 miles).
Day 4 Fri Samburu
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, looking out for the gerenuk, which stands on it’s hind legs to eat from the trees. Overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge (approx. 50 miles).
Day 5 Sat Samburu/Treetops
Early morning game drive before driving south, towards the Aberdare Mountain range with Mt. Kenya dominant on the horizon (weather permitting). Tonight is spent at Treetops, the most famous treehouse in Africa. With a waterhole and salt lick, game viewing is excellent from the main lodge. Dinner and overnight (approx. 110 miles).
Day 6 Sun Treetops/Lake Nakuru
After breakfast drive west via Thomson’s Falls to Lake Nakuru, set in the heart of the great Rift Valley. Here at most times of the year, spectacular colonies of flamingo can be seen, which creates a stunning vision of pink across part of the lake. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge (approx. 120 miles).
Day 7 Mon Lake Nakuru/Nairobi/London
Return to Nairobi in time for lunch before your Kenya Airways flight to Heathrow, arriving the next morning. Or extend to the coast, or the Masai Mara too! Combining both of these as an extension will create a holiday, which offers a full insight into the diverse cultural, natural and animal beauty of Kenya.
Kenya Coast Extension

Day 7 Mon to Day 9 Wed Nairobi/Mombasa
Early evening flight to Mombasa and transfer to the Leopard Beach Resort & Spa (STD on HB), for three or more nights.
Day 10 Thu Mombasa/London
Fly Kenya Airways to Heathrow via Nairobi arriving later the same day.
Mara and Coast Extension

Mara & Coast: 3 nights
Day 7 Mon to Day 8 Tue Nairobi/Masai Mara
Fly by light aircraft (Safari Link or similar) to the Masai Mara for two or more nights at Kichwa Tembo, or Governors’ Camp, depending on availability, both first class tented camps. During your stay in the Mara, enjoy rewarding game drives across open plains.
Day 9 Wed to Day 11 Fri Masai Mara/Mombasa
Light aircraft flight to Nairobi and onward flight to Mombasa for three or more nights at Leopard Beach Resort & Spa (STD on HB).
Day 12 Sat Mombasa/Nairobi/London
Kenya Airways to Heathrow via Nairobi arriving the same day.
