Itinerary
- Masai Mara: 2 nights
Day 1 Mon London/Mombasa
Monarch Airlines direct overnight flight from Gatwick to Mombasa arriving the following day.
Day 2 Tue Mombasa
On arrival transfer to the Sands at Nomad boutique hotel on Mombasa’s south coast for two nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 4 Thu Mombasa/Amboseli/Masai Mara
Transfer to Ukundu airstrip for your light aircraft (Safarilink or similar) flight to Amboseli National Park for a morning game drive. Then fly to the Masai Mara for lunch and an afternoon game drive in this world famous wildlife reserve. Dinner and overnight at the centrally located Mara Intrepids Camp, set along the Talek River.
Day 5 Fri Masai Mara
Enjoy a full day in the Masai Mara with early morning, mid morning and afternoon game drives, maximising the opportunity of spotting some of the big cats made famous by Big Cat Diary. Overnight Mara Intrepids.
Day 6 Sat Masai Mara/Mombasa
Early and mid morning game drives today, then after lunch fly back by light aircraft to Ukundu airstrip for three nights at the Sands at Nomad.
Day 9 Tue Mombasa/London
Monarch Airlines daytime flight from Mombasa to Gatwick, arriving the same day.
