Itinerary
- Mombasa Coast: 3 nights
- Tsavo East: 1 night
- Taita Hills: 1 night

Day 1 Mon London/Mombasa
Monarch Airlines direct overnight flight from Gatwick to Mombasa arriving the following day.
Day 2 Tue Mombasa
On arrival transfer to the first class Sarova Whitesands hotel for three nights on a half board basis. The resorts’ five pools, spa, watersports & diving centres will make you not want to leave!
Day 5 Fri Mombasa/Tsavo East
Board your safari vehicle and drive to Tsavo East, game viewing en route to Voi Wildlife Lodge for lunch. You are almost certain to meet herds of elephants, zebras and other plains game. An afternoon game drive follows then dinner and overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge (approx. 70 miles).
Day 6 Sat Tsavo East/Taita Hills
After breakfast depart for the Taita Hills Sanctuary for a short game drive before lunch. An afternoon game drive here may encounter the resident cheetahs or lions if you are in luck, then dinner and overnight is at Sarova Salt Lick Lodge, set high on stilts overlooking a floodlit waterhole where game comes to drink during the night (30 miles).
Day 7 Sun Taita West/Tsavo West
Leave for Tsavo West National Park and a game drive en route to the Serena managed Kilaguni Lodge for lunch. During this drive or the afternoon one you will visit Mzima Springs, famous for it’s hippos. Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Lodge (55 miles).
Day 8 Mon Tsavo West/Mombasa
Return after breakfast to the Sarova Whitesands for one night. Perhaps reward yourself with some succulent seafood at the Lido Grill (extra cost).
Day 9 Tue Mombasa/London
Monarch Airlines daytime flight from Mombasa to Gatwick, arriving the same day.
