Day 1 Mon London/Mombasa
Monarch Airlines direct overnight flight from Gatwick to Mombasa arriving the following day
Day 2 Tue Mombasa
On arrival transfer to the Voyager Beach Resort (Standard option) or Serena Beach (Deluxe option) for one night on an All Inclusive/half board basis respectively
Day 3 Wed Mombasa/Masai Mara
Early morning pick up for the short transfer to the airport for your Mombasa Air flight over the stunning open plains of Kenya before arriving at the famous and animal rich kingdom of the Masai Mara. Here you may choose from two tented camps in the Siana conservancy area – Siana Springs (Standard option) is an attractive camp, ideal for those looking for an affordable safari experience, where 38 tents are nestled among woodland and ponds. Mara Bushtops (Deluxe option) is a brand new camp exclusive to Kuoni in the UK and offering luxurious tents and excellent service. Featuring just 12 stylish tents, each opening to the bush on three sides and with stunning views captured through your own telescope. Relax by the infinity pool, in your private sunken bath or by the fire overlooking a natural salt lick where animals often appear. After arriving enjoy lunch and a swim at your camp before an afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara or neighbouring Siana conservancy.
Day 4 Thu Masai Mara
Early morning game drive before a hearty breakfast at your camp and time to relax by the pool or in your tent. After lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive seeking out the elusive big cats, rhinos or elephants before returning to camp for a pre-dinner drink by the fire and a sumptuous meal. (At Mara Bushtops - Deluxe option: beers, and non alcoholic drinks are included)
Day 5 Fri Masai Mara/Mombasa
Set out on one final early morning game drive, perhaps with a visit to a Hippo Pool, before returning to the camp for breakfast, then to the airstrip for your Mombasa Air flight back to Mombasa. Transfer back to original hotel for four nights relaxation and catching up on sleep! Enjoy the wide range of excellent facilities and dining options at both these beach hotels.
Day 9 Tue Mombasa/London
Monarch Airlines daytime flight from Mombasa to Gatwick, arriving the same day.
