Itinerary

Day 1 Mombasa/Taita Hills
You will be picked from your beach hotel and depart for Tsavo West National Park, one of Kenya’s most beautiful. Embark on a game drive en route to Voi Safari lodge for lunch. Then drive to the Taita Hills sanctuary with an afternoon game drive en route to Sarova Salt Lick Lodge where you have dinner and spend one night. Built on stilts overlooking a floodlit waterhole and wide expanse of savannah, it is excellent for animal spotting from the comfort of the bar or your room. All rooms have fans, insect netting and en suite bathrooms.
Day 2 Taita Hills/Tsavo West
After breakfast depart for TsavoWest National Park arriving in time for lunch at Finch Hattons Camp. An afternoon game drive follows, where you are likely to spot the famous red elephants of Tsavo, so called because the red hue of their skin caused by the local soil. Dinner and overnight is at Finch Hattons, a tented camp that elegantly re-lives the golden era of the safari. All tents are en suite and are beautifully decorated, featuring electricity,minibar, wood flooring, balcony and panoramic views. The camp also houses a bar, lounge, library, swimming pool and graceful restaurant where formal six-course dinners are served.
Day 3 Tsavo/Mombasa
After breakfast on the al fresco terrace, return to Mombasa and your chosen beach hotel.
