Day 1 Mon London/Nairobi
Kenya Airways overnight flight to Nairobi.
Day 2 Tue Nairobi
On arrival transfer to the Holiday Inn and overnight.
Day 3 Wed Nairobi/Ngorongoro
This morning involves a long drive south from Nairobi to the stunning region of Ngorongoro and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge. En route stop in Arusha for lunch (approx. 500 miles).
Day 4 Thu Ngorongoro/Serengeti
This morning enjoy a fulfiling game drive in the spectacular and famous Ngorongoro Crater – considered by many the Eighth Wonder of the World, this is the spectacular site of many wildlife documentaries and home to an abundance of wildlife. Particularly beautiful is the pink hue of flamingos at Lake Magadi. This afternoon travel to the vast plains of the Serengeti. Overnight Serengeti Wildlife Lodge (approx. 210 miles).
Day 5 Fri Serengeti
Enjoy a full day of game driving in the Serengeti National Park, where grassy savannah’s are home to an abundance of resident game, including many giraffe, elephant and big cats. Overnight Serengeti Wildlife Lodge.
Day 6 Sat Serengeti/Lake Manyara
Today enjoy an excursion to the Olduvai Gorge – the ‘Cradle of Mankind’, en route to Lake Manyara – the park famous for tree climbing lions and an abundance of elephant. Enjoy a game drive around the shores of Lake Manyara this afternoon and overnight at Manyara Hotel (approx. 250 miles).
Day 7 Sun Lake Manyara/Nairobi/London
Return north to Nairobi to connect with your Kenya Airways overnight flight to Heathrow, or extend to Zanzibar or the Kenya coast (approx. 430 miles).
