Day 1 Sun London/Nairobi
Kenya Airways daytime flight from Heathrow to Nairobi. On arrival transfer to Nairobi Serena and overnight
Day 2 Mon Nairobi/Manyara
Fly Safari Link (or similar) from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro for lunch continuing to Lake Manyara in the afternoon. Overnight Serena Lodge. The attractive Lake Manyara National Park is located at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment with a large watering hole which attracts numerous animals. The park is home to lions lazing in sausage trees, pods of hippo wallowing and clouds of pink flamingo (approx. 130 miles).
Day 3 Tue Manyara
Enjoy a morning game drive around the shores of Lake Manyara. The park is famous for its tree climbing lions, large troops of baboons and especially the herds of elephant. After lunch visit the local village, Mtowa Mbu. Dinner and overnight at Manyara Serena Lodge.
Day 4 Wed Manyara/Ngorongoro
This morning enjoy a nature walk at Manyara before travelling to the famous Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for lunch. This afternoon explore the stunning crater and its wildlife. Overnight Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, at the rim of the crater (approx. 90 miles).
Day 5 Thu Ngorongoro/Serengeti
Descend from the crater visiting Olduvai and the Serengeti plains, and overnight at the Serengeti Serena Lodge. After lunch, afternoon game drive and overnight (approx. 150 miles).
Day 6 Fri Serengeti
This morning you may enjoy a balloon flight over the Serengeti. This is a unique way to view the game in the early hours and offers some excellent views of the open plains of this vast national park. Enjoy game drives today, looking out for the big cats and much more!
Day 7 Sat Serengeti
Drive to the Western corridor of the Serengeti today, enjoying a game drive en route, lunch at Kirawira followed by a afternoon game drive. Kirawira is a luxury tented camp and offers superb views over the plains and a different insight into the wonderful experience of safari. Overnight at Kirawira (approx. 90 miles).
Day 8 Sun Serengeti/Arusha/Nairobi/London
Light aircraft flight to Arusha, then fly Kenya Airways to Heathrow via Nairobi arriving next day.
Kenya Coast Extension

Kenya Coast: 4 nights
Day 8 Sun Serengeti/Arusha
Fly to Arusha from the Serengeti and overnight at Mountain Village (approx. 25 miles from airport to hotel).
Day 9 Mon Arusha/Kenya Coast
Late morning Kenya Airways flight to Mombasa and transfer to the Serena Beach for four or more nights.
Day 13 Fri Kenya Coast/Nairobi/London
Fly Kenya Airways overnight to Heathrow via Nairobi
