The best thing about this amazing hotel is the food – it was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, so don’t let the idea of the buffet put you off, because Le Touessrok takes the concept to a whole new level! Dishes are prepared in full view at cooking stations, where chefs toss salads and pan fry noodles and rice. I even watched as my chocolate soufflé was created before a waiter brought it over to my table. The attention to detail here is incredible – I never had to carry my plate or ask for a drink, as there was always someone on hand to help.

The wealth of world class facilities includes seven restaurants in total, with three on the mainland, one on Ilot Mangénie and three on Ile Aux Cerfs. The main restaurant is Three-Nine-Eight, offering nine different cuisines and eight show kitchens, the contemporary Indian restaurant, Safran, beachside Barlen's and two bars on the mainland, plus a daytime restaurant and bar on the private hideaway of Ilôt Mangénie, ideal for barefoot lunches and afternoon cocktails. There is also a freeform pool, an adults-only pool, Givenchy Spa, fitness centre, T Club kids' club, teens' club, internet café, and complimentary boat transfers to Ilôt Mangénie and to Ile aux Cerfs with its watersports and 18-hole Bernhard Langer championship golf course (buggy hire payable locally).

203 rooms and suites feature air-conditioning, butler service, minibar, television, internet, multi-media entertainment system, telephone, shower, bath, balcony or terrace.
Deluxe Rooms (54m²) are as above.
Junior Suites (65m²) are larger and set either on Hibiscus Beach or on Frangipani Island.
Ocean Suites (126m²) have a bedroom with separate lounge leading into the bathroom with feature egg-shaped bath.
The detached Royal Suite (329m²) features a master bedroom, dining room and large terrace.
Private Villas offer complete privacy, with separate entrance, three bedrooms and infinity pool.

Includes a polo shirt and Pareo on arrival at the hotel, tropical fruit juice served with noisette upon arrival in the room, wedding co-ordinator, pressing of wedding attire, make up at the Givenchy Spa on the wedding day, bridal bouquet and buttonhole, photographer with 36 slides in a photo album and CD, a bottle of sparkling wine, wedding cake, boat transfers, candlelit dinner at Barlen’s, rose petals for Lover’s Bath, romantic honeymoon breakfast on the beach and surprise gifts. The ceremony will be held at the Wedding Pavilion in the Hibiscus Garden, the Main Pool Garden, on one of the hotel’s beaches, on the sands of Ilot Mangénie or in the Wedding Pavilion in Le Touesserok Golf Course, Ile aux Cerfs.
