Set on a spectacular mile-long beach, this well-established resort offers a great range of facilities.
This friendly and informal resort hems a stunning stretch of beach and a shallow lagoon. Its architectural style is inspired by traditional fishing boats, with lots of natural wood and thatch. Ideal for families with younger children as well as couples, the resort offers plenty of activities as well as undisturbed serenity. Excellent leisure facilities include a diving centre and spa, plus you can also enjoy access to all facilities at neighbouring Sugar Beach Resort.
The main restaurant offers a hearty breakfast and international cuisine for dinner. For romantic meals there is a private thatched cabana overlooking the pretty pond. There is also an ocean-front Italian restaurant, a café where you can sip delicious cocktails served in a coconut, plus two bars and nightly entertainment including live bands.
Designed in the style of a traditional fishing village, Mauritian bungalows are made of volcanic rock, fringed with thatched roofs and resemble the front of an upturned fishing boat. Standard Gardenview Rooms (available until July 2017; the majority of these rooms will become Garden Bungalows from January 2017) face the lagoon, Superior Oceanfront Rooms (Beach Pavilion from January 2017) are closer to the beach and Royal Suites (Senior Suite Pavilion from January 2017) feature a living area.
