In a beautiful beachfront location on the island’s south-east coast of Pointe d’Esny, close to the historic village of Mahebourg. Approx. 15 minutes from the airport.

Etoile de Mer Restaurant & Bar sits on the beachfront and offers both local and international cuisine from a daily menu, as well as a selection of exotic cocktails. Beau Vallon Spa features a range of pampering massages, bicycles are available to hire, and non-motorised watersports include canoeing and snorkelling. Scuba diving, deep sea fishing, glass-bottom boat trips and catamaran cruises can be arranged at extra cost. Guests also enjoy use of the facilities at Astroea Beach’s larger sister hotel, Preskil Beach Resort, approx. one mile away (reservations required for restaurants and bars, extra cost locally).

NB: Please note from 1 November 2013 onwards Astroea Beach resort will be Adults Only (no children under 18 years).

Accommodation information

16 rooms, each with a tranquil feel and featuring air-conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen television, minibar and terrace or balcony.
Standard Rooms (30m²) are on the ground floor with garden views.
Comfort Rooms (35m²) have sea views.
Deluxe Rooms (45m²) are located on the first floor, with sea views.
Bungalows (62m²) are located on the ground floor, with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a separate living room and sea views.
