Book into the LIME spa before arriving on the island for something to look forward to, indulge in having a body scrub and the ‘NIYAMA Recovery’ to relax and revitalise your senses. Experience the best snorkelling on the island from the beach outside villa 14, where the reef is full of both big and small brightly coloured fish, enjoy the peaceful mornings and go walk around the island for the perfect opportunity to see the black tip sharks close to the shore. My best moment was seeing a black tip shark zig zagging through the clear water to try and catch a fish.

Set on an idyllic island in the Southwestern Atoll of Dhaalu. Approx. 40 minutes by seaplane from Malé.

Dining options include Tribal, with live cooking stations on hot rock grills and open fires, and signature restaurant, Edge, located 500 metres offshore and only accessible by boat. Grab a take-away from the international gourmet delicatessen, The Deli, or watch the sunset from the rooftop bar, Fahrenheit. The world's first underwater music club, Subsix lies six metres below the ocean’s surface and entertainment at Active includes Nintendo-Wiis, Xbox 360 and two simulator rooms. PADI dive courses and watersports are available at Float and there is also the LIME Spa offering treatments both day and night.

NIYAMA was named Best New Sensation at the Tatler Travel Awards 2013. To be awarded Best New Sensation the property must have recently opened and feature something inspiring and new to the world of travel. NIYAMA is also sister property to the award-winning Huvafen Fushi.
