Just a ten minute speedboat ride from Malé, this island is great if you want to get to your resort quickly after a long flight. There’s a restaurant for every day of the week – Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern, Italian, a sushi bar and an ocean grill. It’s worth upgrading to half board or all inclusive, as it works out cheaper and doesn’t affect what you can choose from the menu. And the ice cream sundaes in Neptune coffee shop are to die for! After much testing, my favourite was the Belgian chocolate, cookies and cream combo."

In the North Malé atoll approx. ten minutes by speed boat from Malé airport.

With eight restaurants and three bars, Kurumba offers a wide choice of dining options including a pizzeria, buffets at the main restaurant and the taste of the Maldives in a beachside al fresco setting at the Ocean Grill. Or opt for Chinese, Indian, Italian, Japanese or Middle Eastern cuisine. There are two pools, two children’s pools, Majaa Recreation Centre and Kids' Club, fitness centre, tennis courts, spa, watersports and diving centre (diving packages are available to prebook). Excellent snorkelling opportunities on the house reef are just steps from the beach.

Superior Rooms (74m²) are in two-storey buildings.
Deluxe Rooms (50m²) are single storey.

The ceremony will take place on the beach underneath a tropical arrangement of flowers.
