World Class Europe 2007/08 brochure release

KUONI LAUNCHES FIRST DEDICATED WORLD CLASS EUROPE BROCHURE FEATURING 120 LUXURY PROPERTIES ACROSS THE CONTINENT

Leading specialist tour operator Kuoni Travel has this week launched its first fully dedicated World Class Europe brochure, featuring a handpicked selection of 120 luxury properties in more than 50 cities and resorts across the continent.   At 152 pages, this brand new brochure, designed in line with the new style World Class longhaul brochure, offers a range of superb hotels from grand city palaces to boutique gems, and from island retreats to exclusive Italian villas, as well as luxury trains, barges and cruises, supported by Kuoni's established expertise in specialist, tailor made luxury travel.

Commenting, Mark Robson, Product Director, says:  'Since the launch of World Class in 2000, we have seen a huge increase in demand for luxury travel – and the addition of Europe to our established portfolio of longhaul properties is one that we believe our customers, and agents, who appreciate and rely upon Kuoni's levels of specialist knowledge, expertise and discerning style, will welcome. Currently, our Italian programme is performing exceptionally well, with business up by in excess of
75%, a clear indicator that there is a demand for luxury travel in the European, short haul arena that is simply not being met by what is currently in the marketplace.  We look forward to a successful year ahead for this exciting new brochure.'

Wendy Kenneally, Senior Manager, World Class adds: 'Our World Class Europe brochure has been carefully compiled to bring together a selection of what we believe are the finest properties in Europe. We have selected a range of beach destinations as well as cities – with spa retreats, chic hideaways and buildings of great historical and cultural significance also included.  We hope you enjoy the collection as much as we've enjoyed compiling it!'

Destinations featured are France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Holland, Portugal, Russia, Ireland, Turkey, Madeira, Czech Republic, Malta and Gozo.    Types of property range from classic and iconic hotels such as The Cipriani in Venice, the Four Seasons George V in Paris and The Shelbourne in Dublin, to boutique and contemporary hideaways such as the Neri in Barcelona, Anoushka Hempel's The Dylan in Amsterdam and The Gray in Milan.
