Your tickets & itinerary

When will my tickets be sent to me?
Your tickets, itinerary and other documentation relating to your holiday is usually sent to your booking address or your Travel Agent 10-14 days before your departure.

What is an E-Ticket?
E-ticket is a paperless ticketing system, whereby the ticket is held in the airline’s database and means that there is no need to issue a traditional paper ticket. This system makes the check-in process more efficient and also has the advantage that an e-ticket cannot be lost or stolen. If you have been issued with an E-ticket, upon your arrival at the airport please present the E-ticket page of your documentation, along with your passport, at the airline check-in desk to receive your boarding card.

What are Tickets on Departure?
If you have been advised that your tickets will be given to you on departure these will be waiting with our representatives at Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester. The location, opening hours and contact details for each Airport are as follows:

I have received my documentation and it does not show the room upgrade I am entitled to as per the Kuoni plus offer detailed in the brochure. Will I not receive confirmation?
Any Kuoni plus offers detailed in the brochure will be applicable on arrival in resort. These are hotel offers and the Kuoni Documentation will only show what has been paid for.

I am staying at three different hotels during my holiday but have only received two accommodation vouchers. Am I missing one?
Many hotels are phasing out accommodation vouchers so you will have all the necessary vouchers required for your holiday. If you do not have an accommodation voucher, you will need to give your surname at your arrival at the hotel.

My itinerary shows that I do not have any transfers when I have paid extra to arrange these. Will I get transfers?
For bookings confirmed to the US (excluding Florida) or Switzerland, Kuoni group transfers do not operate however if you have prebooked airport shuttles or have rail transfers, these are operated by local transport services and the relevant vouchers will be included within your documentation pack.

My itinerary shows an excursion I have booked but it is not showing on the correct date as specified in the Kuoni brochure. Is it booked correctly?
Your excursion will only be highlighted for the resort you are staying at rather than the specific date it is confirmed for. Please note that you can clarify from the detailed itinerary in the brochure or with the local representative.

Do I need to pay departure tax when leaving my holiday destination?
Yes and this is detailed in your holiday itinerary and is paid upon check in of your departure flight.

I am travelling to the USA but flying via a gateway where I change planes. When will I clear immigration?
In the USA you clear immigration at your first point into the country regardless of whether you are enroute to another destination.
