Four Seasons guests may arrange their ski rental through the Mountain Products Store, on the main floor of the Resort. , On arrival at the Ski Concierge, guests are welcomed and presented with their dry boots, skis/boards, poles, and other equipment such as helmets. The Ski Concierge has an indoor bench that seats 40 people. For ease and convenience, Four Seasons guests are offered complimentary transportation between the Resort and the Ski Concierge, and from the Ski Concierge to the base of Whistler Mountain. , Ski Elite Programme, This exclusive programme offers Four Seasons guests all the benefits of top private instruction, and more. In addition to the opportunity to work with experienced instructors with a minimum Level III certification from the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance (CSIA) or the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI), participants enjoy early lift access on Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and priority breakfast and lunch reservations at on-mountain restaurants. The instructors use special teaching aides such as two-way headsets, and also offer video analysis. On Tuesdays and Fridays, the Ski Elite team holds fireside ski chats with participating guests.
