Val D'isere
For many Val d’Isère and Tignes are the ultimate winter sports destinations with a ski area that boasts an extensive array of high altitude slopes and challenging off-piste. Val d’Isère has retained much of its Savoyarde charm and offers plenty of non-skiing activities and legendary nightlife.
Val d’Isère is legendary and rightly so. The skiing is superb being part of the excellent Espace Killy ski area that is linked to neighbouring Tignes. Advanced skiers and boarders flock to the area to enjoy the immense off-piste opportunities whilst intermediates can revel in the vast terrain. Val d’Isère is an eclectic mix of traditional chalets and high quality hotels with a lively nightlife.
