Basically, balmy. Temperatures range from lows of 59deg. F (15deg. C) at higher altitudes to highs of 86deg. F (30deg. C), which means the average is a heavenly 73deg. F (23deg. C). Not too cold to swim yet not so hot that you broil.

Visa and American Express are widely accepted. Access/Mastercard and Diners Club have more limited acceptance.
