On the Isle of Spice, you will not be surprised to find your rum punch, omnipresent drink of the West Indies, sprinkled liberally with nutmeg. Pina colada combines rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a drink so rich it seems more like a sweet.
Non-alcoholic drinks include sorrel, made from a plant called rosella and mauby, from roots and bark.
