How to order your Kuoni Gift Card for collection

Pop into one of our chic travel stores to pick up one of these personalised presents. You can put any amount of money onto the card, which can then help pay for a fantastic holiday, flight or room upgrades, even adding experiences onto a holiday or honeymoon that has already been booked. Treat family and friends with unique travel experiences from Kuoni.

Visit one of the Kuoni retail stores to pick up your Kuoni Gift Card (please note this is not available at John Lewis or partner stores).

For those receiving the Kuoni Gift Card you will book and pay for your holiday as per the normal booking conditions. Any gift cards received after your departure date may be redeemed up to 3 months after your departure date and you will receive a cheque back with the total amount or they can be used on your next Kuoni holiday.

How to order your Kuoni Gift Card with wallet for postage:

  • Call the Kuoni Gift Card information line on 01306 744361 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or the Customer Helpdesk on 01306 744444 outside these hours.
  • Alternatively, fill out the form below or email us with a contact number so we can call you back and take your payment details in a secure fashion.

How to redeem your Kuoni Gift Card

  • Send your Kuoni Gift Cards to Kuoni Accounts, Kuoni House, Deepdene Avenue, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 4AZ.
  • Please include correspondence quoting your name and booking reference number.
  • We recommend sending your gift cards to us by recorded delivery. Please note Royal Mail apply a charge for this service.
  • Please keep a record of the gift cards you send to us. A reference number is shown on the back of each card.
  • On receipt of your gift cards a cheque will be issued in the lead name of your booking.
