Kuoni's Wedding Planner

Our simple guide to planning your dream overseas wedding

The run-up to your big day can be daunting – so much to do in so little time! To ease the pressure, we’ve compiled this step-by-step Wedding Planner, breaking everything down into simple steps.

Choose a destination

If you don’t have something in mind, flick through our Honeymoons & Weddings brochure or pick up one of our specialist brochures. You can also get inspiration by speaking to our Personal Travel Experts or browsing the website.

Choose your hotel

Consider the price of each wedding package and what’s included. Look to see if the hotel features a honeymoon offer, such as a room upgrade, dinner or spa treatments.

Choose a date

Our Personal Travel Experts can tell you the best time of year to visit a destination, or check our Destination Calendar. Book as far in advance as possible.

Book by calling 01306 747007

One of our Personal Travel Experts will guide you through your wedding booking and can also book your guests into your chosen hotel. A £200 wedding deposit per couple will be taken at the time of booking.

After you’ve booked

We’ll send you a wedding questionnaire and a list of extras available. We’ll also list the documentation you’ll need and ask for your preferred wedding date so we can request it from the overseas authorities.

Wedding Concierge team

Our dedicated Wedding Concierge team will be your day-to-day contact after booking, liaising with the resort to make sure everything is perfect. You can make special requests, add extras such as fireworks and photographers, and ask any questions you may have. Call the Wedding Concierge team on 01306 747007.

Wedding guests

If guests would like to join you on your big day, tell us as soon as possible so that we can check availability at your chosen hotel and make a booking for them.

Wedding countdown

Three months before you travel, make sure we’ve received all your documentation so we can process your wedding licence. A month before, check with your GP that your vaccinations are up-to-date, and keep all your original documentation safe and ready to take with you.

Then tie the knot, Kuoni style!
