US superstar David Hasselhoff chose Switzerland as the ideal setting for his first date with his new girlfriend.
David met Hayley Roberts in a hotel bar when he was in Cardiff for the Britain's Got Talent auditions, the show for which he sits on the judging panel.
Later on, the 58-year-old star paid for the Welsh beauty to watch him perform in Europe.
The pair then enjoyed their luxury holidays in Switzerland.
Hayley, 31, said: "He called me and told me, 'I want to fly you out to Switzerland.' He met me at the airport and took me to his concert. I sat on the side of the stage watching him sing to 8,000 fans. It was crazy.
"As we drove to this amazing hotel in the mountains, it started snowing. We had the best time ever - just the two of us in an outdoor pool with the snow falling all around us.
"It was so romantic. I thought, 'This guy is perfect.' I knew I was right to give him a chance."
