The charms of Seychelles could be more appealing to tourists planning to
take luxury holidays to the island nation after pictures of the islands
have been splashed across the pages of the highly respected Conde Nast
Traveller magazine.
The famous magazine carries spectacular pictures of the Seychelles
islands taken by photographer Christopher Baker on twelve-and-a-half
pages in its December issue.
Released during the World Travel Market (WTM) Tourism Trade Fair in
London, the magazine's cover has the headline "Indian Ocean, Coral Reefs
and white sands in the Seychelles".
The report was written by Tim Ecott, a BBC correspondent who was based
in these mid-ocean islands before returning to Great Britain.
The title for the Seychelles report is "Lesser spotted Seychelles".
Mr Ecott wrote: "With their luxury resorts and royal guests, the islands
are familiar as a tropical idyll for the rich and famous."
"However, celebrates their simpler side, where nature is king," he
added.
Travellers planning to take Seychelles holidays can have look at the magazine before setting off for a
vacation to the island.
