Prince William and his new wife Kate Middleton were presented with an unusual souvenir - the coco-de-mer coconut, famous for its erotic shape - by the Seychelles government to mark the end of their honeymoon in the island country.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were given the unique double coconut, which grows naturally only on Praslin and Curieuse islands, by foreign minister Jean Paul Adam, a spokeswoman said.
The latest news could encourage more people to choose Seychelles as their luxury honeymoon destination.
The coco-de-mer is described by Unesco as the largest seed in the plant kingdom.
According to Unesco, British General Gordon said in the 19th century that the Vallée de Mai, a palm forest which is home to the coco-de-mer, was the Garden of Eden.
He called the coco-de-mer the tree of knowledge.
