A Swiss art gallery will be hosting an exhibition of the works of famous painter Damien Hirst next year, encouraging art-loving travellers to plan luxury holidays in the country during the period.
The exhibition, titled "The Complete Spot Paintings 1986-2011", will be held at the Gagosian Gallery in Geneva between January 12 and February 18, 2012.
The gallery's locations in New York, London, Paris, Los Angeles, Rome, Athens and Hong Kong will also simultaneously present the exhibition of Hirst's paintings.
The exhibition, which aims to provide viewers with an insight into Hirst's "world of spots" in a global context, will feature his spot paintings from 1986 to the most recent ones.
The show will provide visitors the opportunity to view Hirst's first creation as well as monumental canvases where the artist had not used any single colour more than once.
