Emirates airlines is taking part in a new scheme designed to boost marketing of Dubai holidays.
The carrier is partnering the Dubai tourism department for a new programme under which its staff will be trained to provide destination-related information to travellers.
People who plan to take all-inclusive or luxury holidays in the emirate can approach airline crews for more information on what to do and where to go when in Dubai.
Staff will be trained to market Dubai as a holiday hotspot and stay abreast of key developments and new events in the region.
Emirates vice-president for Australasia, Barry Brown, said: "Dubai is always growing and diversifying, so this type of regular training with our teams ensures that our clients are always provided with the most up to date destination knowledge."
