This year Art Dubai will be celebrating its sixth anniversary with a
packed programme hoping to outdo all previous years.
The four day fair, held at Madinat Jumeirah, will see work from 500
artists, with 74 galleries exhibiting from 31 countries - all trying to
catch the eyes of visitors.
In its debut at Art Dubai, the Pace Gallery, home to masterpieces by
Robert Rauschenbery, David Hockney and Bridget Rily, will be exhibiting
more contemporary artists such as Fiona Rae and Chinese performance
artist Zhang Huan.
Other noteworthy newcomers to the fair are the French Galerie Perrotin,
Arndt from Berlin and Platform China from Beijing.
Last year the art fair attracted 20,000 visitors.
In addition to art, Dubai holidays offer people the chance to enjoy world class
shopping, beautiful beaches and some of the most luxurious hotels on the
planet.
