Tourists planning luxury holidays in South Africa can witness the talents of the artists in the country as Cape Town is set to host an art exhibition.
The Annual Exhibition by the South African Society of Artists (SASA) will be held at the Sanlam Hall at the famous Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens.
The exhibition, which will run from September 26 to October 9, showcases exceptional artworks by budding and established local artists.
Each artwork to be displayed at the 2011 event was created by the members of the SASA, but chosen by independent judges.
Celebrating its 105th year, the exhibition has always given new members and amateurs within the Society the opportunity to show and sell their work.
Visitors have to pay to enter the surrounding gardens, but entry to the exhibition is free.
