Footsteps of Raffles
Sir Stamford Raffles' vision for Singapore was of a vital international port and trading centre. You begin at the Raffles Landing Site, then an exhibition tracing the Singapore River's history. Afternoon tea at Raffles Hotel precedes a bumboat cruise through historic Singapore River and harbour. Step off at Clarke Quay and a pewter gallery to discover the role of tin in Singapore's development. A demonstration of pewter smithing is included.
Round Island Tour
From Chinese mythology to Changi, this award-winning tour brings insights into life outside the city. Haw Par Villa illustrates Chinese mythology; Kranji Dam was the first landing spot for the Japanese in WW2 and the Kranji War Memorial commemorates lost Allied forces. After lunch, Bright Hill Temple is a famous place of Chinese ancestral worship. Finally, we pass Johore Battery, with a replica "Monster Gun", before Changi Chapel and Museum.

Night Safari
The World's first night safari is based in Singapore Zoo.  See a myriad of nocturnal animals, from fierce predators to timid forest dwellers, in their natural habitat under subtle moonglow lighting. Roam the jungle in the complete safety and comfort of a tram which weaves through selected habitats designed specifically to replicate the natural environment from the Himalayan Foothills to the Southeast Asian Rainforest and Indian Sub-continent.

Afternoon Tea at Raffles
Raffles Hotel became a National Monument in 1987. Perhaps its famous Afternoon Tea should receive the same accolade! Choose from a traditional afternoon tea served in the Tiffin Room or a Western Buffet served in the Bar and Billiard Room.
Go Racing
Head to the Singapore Turf Club and watch a gripping horse race. The racing season starts at the end of September and runs to March. Racing is normally conducted in the evenings under spectacular floodlights on Friday evenings and in the afternoons on Saturday and Sunday. Gain admission to Club Level located at Level 3 of the Grandstand, which offers an excellent view of the racetrack, a full-service bar and private betting counters
