Due to severe weather conditions some of the UK's airports are experiencing some flight delays or airport closures.
London Gatwick is currently closed until 6am tomorrow (02 December 2010) and Edinburgh Airport remains closed until 6pm today (01 December 2010). At this stage all other airports remain open and customers due arrive into Gatwick are being diverted to London Heathrow.
Kuoni policy:
The Kuoni operations department are monitoring the situation and are contacting customers whose flights have been cancelled and will try to rebook customers where possible. Where it is not possible to rebook, or for customers who are delayed by over 12 hours, a full refund of the airfare is available. Accommodation will need to be claimed separately through the customer's insurance company.
We advise customers due to travel in the next few days to check the status of your flight by referring to the relevant airline and airport website before travelling to the airport. For any customers that are currently at the airport Kuoni advise to speak with the airline directly.
