Several flights to and from Bali have been cancelled or delayed due to volcanic ash following the eruption of Mount Bromo in East Java.
The Kuoni Operations team are working with our local agents and the airlines to rearrange the itineraries of anyone who is affected.
Our local agents are keeping our customers well informed and assisting with re-bookings where necessary. All customers will be referred to their insurance company to recover any unused accommodation costs and if the airline does not take responsibility, Kuoni will make arrangements for clients to extend their stay if necessary.
At this stage normal Booking Conditions apply. Anyone who has not departed the UK and is affected by a cancellation or flight delay of more than 12 hours, is entitled to a free cancellation if we are unable to rebook a suitable alternative.
The Kuoni Operations team are continuously monitoring the situation closely and will contact any customers whose holidays have been affected.
