Marrakesh explosion

Earlier today, there was an explosion in a Café in the Main Square in Marrakech, Morocco.

The FCO have updated the travel advice in relation to a helpline for British Nationals affected by today's events. Please see below an extract of the advice:

There has been a large explosion in Marrakech at the Argana Restaurant in Jema el Fna Square. There are reports of several deaths and some injuries. You are advised to stay away from Jema el Fna Square.  An FCO helpline has been set up for anyone concerned about family or friends who may have been caught up in the incident (+44 (0) 207 008 5355).
