St Lucia
The clear up in St Lucia continues to make good progress.
The local authorities have indicated that the water supply service will be fully restored to the north of the island this weekend.
However the following hotels have decided to close due to the current water supply issues:
- Windjammer until 19 Nov
- Jalousie until 21 Nov
- Rendezvous until 21 Nov
- Almond Smugglers Cove until 16 Nov
- Almond Morgan Bay until 16 Nov
- St Lucian until 18 Nov
Kuoni Operations are contacting all clients due to travel to these hotels over these dates to offer alternative accommodation.
There are some hotels in the north of the island that do not have water supply issues and any clients continuing with their holidays are being courtesy called with regards to water rationing and infrastructure clean up in the local area as appropriate.
All hotels in the south are fully operational. Any clients continuing with their holiday to the south of St Lucia are being courtesy called to inform them of the infrastructure clean up in the local area. The south is not suffering from water shortages.
The Kuoni Operations team and our local ground agents are continuously monitoring the situation closely and will contact any customers whose holidays have been affected.
