Have you booked a holiday with Dreamticket?

We want to help.

Dreamticket has ceased trading and many have been left without a holiday to look forward to and the task of re-claiming their holiday cost. We would like to help rebook your holiday.

Since 1906, it has been our aim to provide excellent service and incredible holidays. We have been trading for over 100 years and have picked up awards including Best Large Luxury Tour Operator at the Daily Telegraph’s Ultratravel Awards 2011 and we’ve also been named the Best Travel Company at the 2011 Which? Awards, a prestigious accolade showing that we ‘consistently get it right for consumers’. We are also ABTA and ATOL protected, so your holiday is safe in our hands.

How can I claim back my Dreamticket holiday?

If you have put down a deposit or paid for your Dreamticket holiday in full, you can rebook your holiday with Kuoni and take advantage of our great offers and award-winning service. We will assist with your claim with the CAA so your deposit or payment can be used on a Kuoni holiday.

Am I eligible?

  • - If you have partially or fully paid for your Dreamticket holiday on a debit card, by cheque or in cash, we can use this amount towards a future Kuoni holiday.
  • - If you have paid by credit card, this will not be possible and you will need to claim through your credit card company, under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. You can then re-book a new holiday with Kuoni.

When can I travel on my Kuoni holiday?

  • - Your Kuoni holiday needs to be booked at least six weeks prior to departure to allow time for the CAA to process your claim. If you are hoping to travel sooner, you will need to make a new booking and reclaim your existing Dreamticket holiday cost with the CAA.
  • - If you’ve paid a deposit and are yet to travel, we can rebook your holiday at the same price, subject to availability. You don’t need to pay us ‘another’ deposit as this will be reclaimed from the CAA through your claim.

How do I book?

  • - Call our Personal Travel Experts on 01306 747748
  • - Once you have booked, download and complete the CAA claim form. In section 8, add Kuoni Travel under the account name and sign the ‘signed by payer’ box. We will fill in the bank details. Send the form to us at:

  • - The documents need to be with us within five working days of your booking, so secure delivery is strongly recommended. Please include the original invoices, receipts and evidence of payment to Dreamticket. Once we have this documentation, we will use the amount paid to Dreamticket to pay off your Kuoni holiday balance. If there is an outstanding balance, this should be paid 12 weeks before departure.

Conditions

  • - If you have paid for your Dreamticket holiday on a credit card, you will need to make a new booking with us and pay in full.
  • - If your new Kuoni holiday is cheaper, we are unable to offer a refund.
  • - If Dreamticket claims are rejected or invalid, you will be required to pay any outstanding balance.
