Kuoni have updated their policy for Thailand in line with the Foreign Office Advice.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) have updated their advice for Thailand as follows:
This advice has been reviewed and reissued with amendments to the Summary and the Terrorism and Security section. The overall level of the advice has not changed on; we currently advise against all but essential travel to the whole of Thailand.
British Nationals should exercise extreme caution throughout the country, and avoid demonstrations and large gatherings, some of which have recently turned violent.
Suvarnabhumi airport is operating as normal. The route to the airport from Bangkok city remains open. FCO advice against all but essential travel does not apply to passengers transiting Bangkok airport on their way to foreign destinations.

Kuoni Policy - Customers in Thailand
The Kuoni Operations team along with Kuoni ground handlers have contacted all Kuoni customers in resort to inform them of the updated Foreign Office advice. Kuoni no longer has any customers in Bangkok.
Kuoni Policy - Customers due to travel to Thailand
Kuoni Operations are contacting all passengers due to travel to Thailand within the next 7 days on a rolling day by day basis to assist with rebooking their holiday. If no suitable alternative holidays are available, customers can cancel free of charge. For customers travelling within the next 7 to 14 days, Kuoni are offering free of charge amendments. Any additional cost more than the value of the original holiday will be passed on to customers.
The Kuoni UK operations team, duty officer and local representatives in resort in conjunction with the Federation of Tour Operators (FTO) are continually monitoring the situation and will provide updates on an on going basis.
