A fantastic resort in a stunning location

A beautiful oceanfront resort situated on 25 lushly landscaped acres by three-mile Hanamaulu Beach. The Kauai Beach Resort is centrally located for exploring Kauai’s exciting and varied attractions.

Four pools within the grounds include a sand bottom freshwater swimming pool and a children's pool with a 75 feet lava tube slide. The resort also has a fitness centre and cosseting spa treatments, a lobby and pool bar and two restaurants, and is just minutes away from world class golf. While the beach is blissful for water’s edge walks, strong undercurrents mean it is not suitable for swimming.

Accommodation

350 rooms, each with air-conditioning, telephone, television, fridge, coffee making facilities, bath and shower, and balcony or terrace.
Gardenview rooms are as above.
 Oceanview rooms offer full views of the Pacific.
Poolview rooms are also available.

• Hawaii enjoys a good climate all year, especially in coastal areas with warm seas. • Summer (April to November) is warmer and drier while winter (December to March) is a bit cooler. • Whale-watching season is from late December to early May.

The ‘Garden Isle’ of Kauai holds itself gently aloof from the rest of the Hawaiian islands, and can’t be seen from any of them except its mysterious private neighbour Niihau.
