The village of Wilderswil nestles peacefully amidst field and meadows at the foot of the mountains. Only 4 kilometeres south of Interlaken at the entrance to the two River Lutschine valleys of Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The village is perfect for gentle walks on the lower mountain slopes, with incredible views of both Lake Thun and Lake Brienz and is the ideal departure point for hikes and excursions throughout the Bernese Oberland including the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau region.

Sports
Numerous activities such as ice skating, curling and cultural events are available in Wilderswil and Interlaken. Away from the resort there’s over 220km of hiking trails, sledging, cross-country skiing, snow-tubing, zorbing, horseriding and scenic flights. Excursions
A must is the exciting journey to the Jungfraujoch, the Top of Europe, with a visit to the incredible ice palace and Schilthorn-Piz Gloria - an impressive revolving restaurant with the most spectacular 360º panorama in the Alps. Perhaps take an exciting helicopter trip from Lauterbrunnen over the Alps and view the awesome Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
