DAY 1 - LONDON TO SORRENTOFly British Airways from Gatwick to Naples. Spend four nights at the Hilton Sorrento Palace, a spacious retreat just minutes from central Sorrento. Sip an Italian coffee at one of the many bustling pavement cafés and watch the world go by or feast on sumptuous local dishes whilst drinking in panoramic bay views. Marvel at the ancient churches, squares and palaces in the historic heart, including the famous Cloisters of San Francesco, parts of which date back to the 14th Century. DAY 5 - SORRENTO TO ISCHIATravel via ferry to Ischia and spend four nights at the clifftop Hotel le Querce which is set in the Bay of Saint Montano. Relax at the Negombo thermal park where the unique beach has sea water that is exceptionally hot and extremely shallow. Scale the heights of Mount Epomeo, the highest spot on this idyllic isle, with a beautiful panorama by day and by night or step out to the Argonese Castle, built in 474BC, that is situated on top of a volcanic rock off Ischia Point.
DAY 9 - ISCHIA TO LONDONJourney back to Sorrento via ferry and onwards to Naples airport. Fly British Airways to Gatwick. NB - This is a suggested itinerary and no sightseeing is included. Don't forget that we can tailor make your holiday for you.
