• Signature Antiguan dishes include ‘goat water’, a deliciously spicy stew; ‘duccana’, a side dish with of sweet potato, pumpkin, coconut, cornmeal, sugar and spices steamed in banana leaves; and ‘fungi and pepperpot’, a thick vegetable stew.
