Philippines Holidays

An extraordinary archipelago consisting of some 7,000 islands, The Philippines has been blessed with a magical collection of sights, sounds and destinations. Blessed with a forthright and dynamic culture, the people of The Philippines exude a unique, indigenous Asian outlook coloured by overtly Catholic and Hispanic habits, making the destination unlike any other in the region.

One of the world’s great metropolises, Manila is a city literally bursting at the seams. Sprawling, vibrant, dynamic and eclectic, the city also enjoys a wonderfully preserved Spanish colonial city centre. Wandering north, the island of Luzon reveals a stunning volcanic landscape, with the spectacular ancient rice terraces of Banau, proclaimed as an ‘Eighth Wonder of the World’.

Head south from Manila and it’s island hopping time! Cebu is the country’s most developed holiday island; here the magical beaches, fabulous diving and historic sights that made the island so popular vie for attention with buzzing resort centres and the island’s plethora of luxury hotels. For a more relaxed vibe, beautiful Boracay is a tiny speck by comparison, and an island whose beaches are frequently voted among the world’s finest.

Book today with Kuoni, the World’s Leading Tour Operator, and discover this colourful country on your exciting Philippines holiday.
